Personalised Items

  • Personalised event items must be paid in full upfront, or with a minimum 50% deposit.

  • Orders over £30 also require at least a 50% deposit.

  • Work will not begin until the required payment has been received.

  • Payment plans are available; however, production will only start once 50% of the total has been paid.

  • If you decide to cancel before the project is completed, a partial refund may be issued at the company’s discretion.

Return and Refund Policy

  • Due to the personalised nature of our goods, we are unable to offer a refund if the product is not to your liking or if you have changed your mind.

  • If you have made an error, we cannot re‑work or re‑use the item, and therefore cannot offer a refund or credit.

  • If the item is defective or we have made an error, we will gladly refund or replace the item(s). Please notify us within 3 days of arrival in writing at Glassesforalloccasions@hotmail.com. We reserve the right to refuse a claim if we believe it is deliberate or appears to be manipulative.

  • If we have made an error, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably with a picture of the issue. We will send a replacement promptly.

  • Please note that, as with any handmade service, a small element of human error may occur.

  • In the rare event that goods arrive damaged, please send a picture of the product and its packaging to Glassesforalloccasions@hotmail.com so we can resolve the problem quickly.

  • Any custom items, once shipped, are final and cannot be edited.

Product FAQS

We will correct obvious grammatical errors, IE: your (you’re). If in doubt we will contact you for confirmation.
We will accept rude words but would appreciate a message requesting this first. It will then be at our discretion but please be aware that we will not action anything that is deemed to incite phobic hatreds, or that is discriminatory or in breach of privacy.

At The Craft Hub we strive to help are enviroment as much as possible. For this we aim to reuse packaging where avaliable or subsititue to for recycleable or biodegradeable packaging.
